Terra Gauda

Go south from the Salnés Valley, and right up by the mouth of the Miño river you’ll find O Rosal. Terras Gauda is the biggest producer here and combines technology with tradition: its yeast is selected from its own vineyards, picking is by hand into 20kg boxes, and pressing and vinification is done by all the stainless steelery you could wish. Trisquel is our entry-level Albariño, very soft, pure and food-friendly with distinctive overtones of orange blossom.
